We were approached by a lovely couple to extensively renovate their dromana property overlooking port philip bay.  The family holiday home which had been in the family for years had become quite tired and it was time to freshen up the interior and exterior and optimise the site with expanded decks and garaging. The design and permitting was a complicated exercise that we navigated to maintain existing un-screened view lines while significantly improving the building. Termite damage was repaired while completely recladding and re-roofing the home, together with upgrading windows, kitchen and bathrooms and all insulation. Owner mobility issues initiated the inclusion of a bridge to the first floor entrance from the front of the property and stunning dromana rockwork was relaid. The owners were really great to work with during every aspect of the project.
